Carol Middernacht, DMD
Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Carol studied dentistry at the University of Connecticut after earning a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry. She then completed both her pediatric residency and fellowship at Columbia University, followed by a master’s degree in public health with a focus in health economics at Kingś College London. For almost 15 years, Dr. Carol’s dental career in the American, European and International systems has led her to work in New York, London, Germany, Dubai and Kenya, with a focus on preventive care, functional appliances, and minimally invasive procedures. She has volunteered in several countries providing oral health care services, served as a consultant for GCDFund in London, and co-authored a declaration of child health protection rights for the WFPHA in Geneva, Switzerland. She currently continues to consult with a global health, education, and economic security foundation.
Dr. Carol recently moved to the capital region with her husband. While not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, and listening to music.
